I absolutely love my new carpet. I appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dan went the extra mile to work with me regarding the closing date on my new place. I would highly recommend this wonderful store for the high quality, reasonable prices, and exceptional service.

My husband and I recently purchased our very first home. It was a total fixer upper and complete construction zone. We chose The Furniture Store to install new carpet for our soon-to-arrive baby girl's room and our up stairs landing. The Furniture Store catered to us by agreeing to install in two days to fit our project timelines and shuffling around. The seams between carpet sections (into the hallway and around turns) were SEAMLESS. On top of it our installer Josh was super friendly and super neat (despite the rest of our project being a total mess!) We also purchased a large quantity of hardwoods which I was happy to see were USA made. Love a business that can support our own country! We chose to install ourselves to fit budget, the furniture store exceeded any expectations you can have for advising us on how to be DIYers. Very pleased customer who will be recommending The Furniture Store for years to come! Ive included a picture of each flooring type so you can see how fabulous each product looks in my actual home and after install!

I'm a carpet installer for The Furniture Store and I really enjoy working there. They treat me well, and I personally warranty each install I do for the customer if they were to ever have a problem with wrinkles. I say that with confidence, as we make sure to stretch our carpet very well. I'm sure you'll be impressed with our service, and will be back for more.

I LOVE The Furniture Store, and tell everyone I know that this is the place to go. We have purchased both carpeting (for our basement) and two different mattresses from them, and have always had an incredibly positive experience. Our first visit was to get carpeting, and we found the prices to be extremely reasonable. The person helping us in the showroom was extremely attentive, helpful (and patient). The owner, Dan, came out personally to measure for our tricky basement set-up, and he really worked with us to make sure that we laid everything out in the best, most appealing, and most efficient way. Installation was a dream (even the stairs look incredible!), and I have loved that carpeting every day we've had it (it's been a few years now). The mattresses were also great purchases. They have Michigan-made products, have a reliable delivery process, and we always get a good deal. I'll go back to this store over and over again for furniture, mattresses, or flooring. You just don't get great service like this from most places anymore. :)
